A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Bhandari is an ex-banker b profession and former General Manager of Central Bank of India. He has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry and had been the head of credit, credit monitoring, treasury, investments, funds management, merchant banking and international banking divisions. He is the Chairman of our Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration and Shareholders’/ Investors’ Grievance Committee.

He was the Managing Director of IBP, Balmer Lawrie, Indian Oxygen Ltd. And Director of Al Futtaim Group, UAE. He is a past President of Institute of Management Consultants of India and Indian Chamber of Commerce, and ex- Executive Director of Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon. He is a Fellow of All India Management Association and Institute of Management Consultants of India. He was a member of World Bank team to study restructuring of the Haryana power sector. He is the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Shareholders’/ Investors’ Grievance Committee and member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
