	Director. Associated with the Comapny since 15.11.1971 and Director Since 9.01.1988.

		A Chartered Accountant, he has been associated with renowned international banks and leading private equity investors. He was a Director of HSBC Private Equity Management (Mauritius) Ltd. And Head of the private equity operation for US$ 60 million Indian dedicated fund. Presently, he is associated with the Henderson Global Investors Ltd., as partner for sourcing investments in South Asia. He is a member of the Audit Committee of the Company. An Attorney-at-Law, advocate & notary public practicising in High courts and the Supreme Court of India. He is a senior partner of Khaitan & Co., one of the oldest law firms in India. He is a notary public appointed by the Government of India. He is also the committee member of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and the Vice Chairman of Indian Council of Arbitration, Eastern Chapter. He is a member of the Audit, Shareholders’/ Investors’ Grievance and Remuneration Committee of the Company.

		An Attorney-at-Law, advocate & notary public practicising in High courts and the Supreme Court of India. He is a senior partner of Khaitan & Co., one of the oldest law firms in India. He is a notary public appointed by the Government of India. He is also the committee member of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and the Vice Chairman of Indian Council of Arbitration, Eastern Chapter. He is a member of the Audit, Shareholders’/ Investors’ Grievance and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
